GARDEN WASTE COLLECTIONS

Residents living in the Long Eaton and south area of Erewash are reminded that this week (23-26 January) is the last refuse collection when recyclable waste can be put out in brown bins. After this week, brown bins must only be used for garden waste ahead of the restart of brown bin collections week commencing Monday 6th February.
For residents in Ilkeston and the north of the borough, week commencing 30th January is the last time brown bins can be used for recyclable waste ahead of the restart of garden waste collections on Monday 13th February.
Householders who have been using their brown bins over the winter must revert to putting out kerbside recycling in green bags or they can purchase a blue bin. For more details call 0115 907 2244.

North zone – Ilkeston, Breadsall, Cotmanhay, Dale Abbey, Kirk Hallam, Little Eaton, Morley, Ockbrook, Stanley, Stanley Common, Stanton by Dale, West Hallam.
