A
Long Eaton pub has had its asking price slashed by £40,000. The Hole In The
Wall in Regent Street closed in September 2022 and has been sitting empty for
the last nine months. The 19th-century free house is now available for offers
in the region of £260,000 to be considered by Long Eaton-based estate
agent Wallace Jones.
