The Hole In The Wall pub, in Regent Street, Long Eaton which closed in September 2022, and was origionally listed on the market for £300,00, has had its asking price cut for a second time in four months.
By June Long Eaton-based estate agent, Wallace Jones, dropped their asking price down by £40,000 bringing the price of the pub down by more than 10 per cent. It has now had its asking price reduced by a further £10,000, with offers being considered in the region of £250,000.
